Twenty years ago, a few earnest people were making organic wines but most producers back then were better grape growers than winemakers. That has changed radically and now the organic wine movement as a phenomenon has grown exponentially and the wines are some of the best in the world.
Tonight we’ll explore the different methodologies and levels of organic, bio-dynamic and natural wines and see how they taste, how they differ and how they work with Indian food. The movement has exploded globally and the wines have never been better! Delicious and good for you!
